Art. 2do.- Modíficase el detalle de Gastos por Institución y Objeto del Gasto de acuerdo al detalle obrante en Planilla Anexa Nro. II, que forma parte del presente.
DECRETO
DECRETO Nº 157
Viedma, 22 de Febrero del 2002.
VISTO, el Expediente N 7738-SSP-02, del registro del Ministerio de Economía
Art. 3ro.- Modifícase el Presupuesto General de Gastos de acuerdo al detalle obrante en Planilla Anexa Nro. III, que forma parte del presente.
y;
CONSIDERANDO:
Que a solicitud de las distintas Jurisdicciones Administrativas, resulta necesario adecuar los créditos presupuestarios contenidos en el Presupuesto vigente;
Que resulta necesario la reestructuración del Presupuesto Operativo del Ente Provincial Regulador de la Electricidad;
Que el Decreto N 01/2002 autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo a realizar modificaciones dentro del total de los créditos que son asignados a dicho Poder por la Ley de Presupuesto, debiendo en todos los casos comunicarlas al Poder Legislativo;
Por ello, El Gobernador de la Provincia de Río Negro D E C R E TA :
Artículo 1ro.- Modíficase el Cálculo de Recursos de acuerdo al detalle obrante en Planilla Anexa Nro. 1, que forma parte del presente.
Art. 4to.- Modifícase el Presupuesto Operativo del Ente Provincial Regulador de la Electricidad de acuerdo al detalle obrante en la Planilla Anexa Nro. IV, que forma parte del presente.
Art. 5to.- Creáse las Categorías Programáticas correspondientes a las distintas Jurisdicciones Administrativas en la Planilla Anexa N V, que forma parte del presente.
Art. 6to.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por el Sr. Ministro de Economía.
Art. 7mo.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Poder Legislativo, publíquese, tómese razón, dese al Boletín Oficial y archívese.
