DECRETO Nº 285
Viedma, 23 de marzo del 2004.
Visto, el Expte. Nº 1232-SSP-04, del registro del Ministerio de Hacienda, Obras y Servicios Públicos, y;
CONSIDERANDO:
Que a solicitud de las distintas Jurisdicciones Administrativas, resulta necesario adecuar los créditos presupuestarios contenidos en el Presupuesto vigente;
Que el Decreto-Ley N 04/2003 autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo a realizar modificaciones dentro del total de los créditos que son asignados por la Ley de Presupuesto, debiendo en todos los casos comunicarlas al Poder Legislativo;
Que han tomado debida intervención la Asesoría Legal y Técnica del Ministerio de Hacienda, Obras y Servicios Públicos y Fiscalía de Estado;
El Gobernador de la Provincia de Río Negro DECRETA:
Artículo 1º - Modifícase el Cálculo de Recursos de acuerdo al detalle obrante en Planilla Anexa N I, que forma parte del presente.
Art. 2.- Modifícase el detalle de Gastos por Institución y Objeto del Gasto de acuerdo al detalle obrante en Planilla Anexa N II, que forma parte del presente.
Art. 3.- Modifícase el Presupuesto General de Gastos de acuerdo al detalle obrante en Planilla Anexa N III, que forma parte del presente.
Art. 4.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por el Sr.
Ministro de Hacienda, Obras y Servicios Públicos.
Art. 5.- Regístrese, comuníquese al Poder Legislativo, publíquese, tómese razón, dese al Boletín Oficial y archívese.SAIZ.- P. F. Verani.
