Decreto 422/2019
DECTO-2019-422-APN-PTE - Asígnase representación.
Ciudad de Buenos Aires, 14/06/2019
VISTO el Expediente NEX-2019-41973732-APN-DGDYDMJ, la LEY ORGÁNICA DEL MINISTERIO PÚBLICO DE
LA DEFENSA DE LA NACIÓN N27.149,y CONSIDERANDO:
Que el TRIBUNAL DE ENJUICIAMIENTO es un órgano permanente del MINISTERIO PÚBLICO DE LA DEFENSA
DE LA NACIÓN, cuya composición está establecida en el artículo 58 de la Ley N27.149.
Que en la integración del mencionado TRIBUNAL DE ENJUICIAMIENTO se incluyen DOS 2 representantes del PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL, uno titular y otro suplente.
Que se encuentran vacantes las representaciones tanto titular como suplente del PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL
para integrar el TRIBUNAL DE ENJUICIAMIENTO del MINISTERIO PÚBLICO DE LA DEFENSA DE LA NACIÓN, y corresponde efectuar sus designaciones.
Que tomó intervención la DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE ASUNTOS JURÍDICOS del MINISTERIO DE JUSTICIA Y
DERECHOS HUMANOS.
Que las facultades para el dictado de la presente medida surgen del artículo 99, inciso 1 de la CONSTITUCIÓN
NACIONAL y del artículo 58 de la Ley N27.149.
Por ello, ELPRESIDENTE DELANACIÓN ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
ARTÍCULO 1.- Asígnase la representación del PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL, con carácter de TITULAR, para integrar el TRIBUNAL DE ENJUICIAMIENTO del MINISTERIO PÚBLICO DE LA DEFENSA DE LA NACIÓN al doctor Jorge Daniel LUPIS D.N.I. N25.148.446.
ARTÍCULO 2.- Asígnase la representación del PODER EJECUTIVO NACIONAL, con carácter de SUPLENTE, para integrar el TRIBUNAL DE ENJUICIAMIENTO del MINISTERIO PÚBLICO DE LA DEFENSA DE LA NACIÓN, al doctor Sebastián GARAT D.N.I. N25.821.453.
ARTÍCULO 3.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a LA DIRECCIÓN NACIONAL DEL REGISTRO OFICIAL y archívese.
