Aceptando la donación efectuada por el señor Subjefe de Policía de la Provincia Comisario General Dn. Juan R.
Rosatelli, DNI N 10.884.956 en su carácter de presidente de DAP -Fondo Ayuda Permanente Personal Policial y Familiar, de un agitador rotativo de placas, marca Biolec y una centrifuga de mesa marca Rolco, con destino a la División Criminalistica, dependiente de la Jefatura Departamental Concordia.
Encuadrando la presente gestión en lo estipulado en el artículo 59 del Decreto N 404/95 MEOSP, t.u.o. de la Ley de Contabilidad 5140 con sus modificaciones incluidas en la Ley 8964.
