- La Legislatura de la Provincia de Entre Ríos, sanciona con fuerza de - LEY:
Art. 1º -- Suspéndase en todo el ámbito de la Provincia de Entre Ríos, a partir de la entrada en vigencia de la presente ley y por un plazo de ciento ochenta 180 días hábiles, las ejecuciones hipotecarias que tengan por objeto la vivienda única y familiar del deudor, siempre que el monto del avalúo fiscal no supere la suma de pesos ciento cincuenta mil $ 150.000,00.
Art. 2º -- Comuníquese, etcétera.
