VISTO Y CONSIDERANDO:
El proyecto de Ley por el cual se prorrogan los plazos establecidos en el artículo 3º de la Ley Nº 5589 COMISIÓN ESPECIAL INTERPODERES-, por el término de NOVENTA 90 días a partir de la promulgación de la presente Ley; sancionado por la Legislatura de la Provincia del Chubut el día 27 de marzo de 2007, y la facultad que otorga al Poder Ejecutivo el artículo 140
de la Constitución Provincial;
POR ELLO:
Téngase por Ley de la Provincia la número: 5596
Cúmplase, comuníquese y publíquese en el Boletín Oficial.
VISTO Y CONSIDERANDO:
El proyecto de Ley por el cual se ratifica en todos sus términos el Decreto Provincial Nº 232/07 del Poder Ejecutivo Provincial, que declara la Emergencia en los Servicios, Divisiones y Secciones de Anestesiología de los Efectores del Subsector Estatal de Salud de la Provincia del Chubut,; sancionado por la Legislatura de la Provincia del Chubut el día 10 de abril de 2007, y la facultad que otorga al Poder Ejecutivo el artículo 140
de la Constitución Provincial;
POR ELLO:
Téngase por Ley de la Provincia la número: 5598

RATIFÍCASE EL DECRETO PROVINCIAL Nº 232/
07, QUE DECLARA LA EMERGENCIA EN LOS SERVICIOS, DIVISIONES Y SECCIONES DE
ANESTESIOLOGÍA DE LOS EFECTORES DEL
SUBSECTOR ESTATAL DE SALUD DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT.
LEY Nº 5.598
LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL
CHUBUT SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
LEY :
Artículo 1.- Ratifícase en todos sus términos el Decreto Provincial Nº 232/07 del Poder Ejecutivo Provincial, que declara la Emergencia en los Servicios, Divisiones y Secciones de Anestesiología de los Efectores del Subsector Estatal de Salud de la Provincia del Chubut.
Artículo 2º.- LEY GENERAL. Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.

AUTORÍZASE AL PODER EJECUTIVO PROVINCIAL A SUSCRIBIR UN CONVENIO DE PRÉSTAMO
SUBSIDIARIO CON EL GOBIERNO DE LA NACIÓN
ARGENTINA, PARA SER DESTINADO AL PROGRAMA DE INFRAESTRUCTURA VIAL PROVINCIAL.
LEY Nº 5.599
LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL
CHUBUT SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
LEY :
Artículo 1.- Autorízase al Poder Ejecutivo Provincial a suscribir un Convenio de Préstamo Subsidiario con el Gobierno de la Nación Argentina, a fin de obtener un préstamo de hasta DÓLARES ESTADOUNIDENSES
DIECISIETE MILLONES U$S 17.000.000,00, para ser destinado al Programa de Infraestructura Vial Provincial, con financiamiento del Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento BIRF.
Artículo 2.- El Poder Ejecutivo Provincial queda facultado para suscribir ulteriores Convenios de Préstamo Subsidiario, dentro de los límites del Artículo 1, en el caso que el Gobierno Nacional acuerde con el Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento BIRF el otorgamiento de nuevos préstamos que amplíen o de alguna manera complementen el Programa de Infraestructura Vial Provincial.
