IV.- Que el valor ofrecido se ajusta al precio de tasación.
Por todo ello y lo dispuesto por el art. 49 inc.15 de la ley 8102
EL HONORABLE CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD
DE CARRILOBO SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
ORDENANZA
ART.1º.- DESAFÉCTASE del dominio público el siguiente bien: DESMALEZADORA AUTOPROPULSADA, sin motor, en desuso. ART.2º.- AUTORIZASE al Departamento Ejecutivo a vender el bien descripto en el artículo anterior al Sr. Mercado Rubén Darío D.N.I.
21.404.970 en la suma de pesos veinticinco mil $25.000. ART.3º.- AUTORIZASE al Departamento Ejecutivo a suscribir toda la documentación que fuera necesaria para formalizar la venta autorizada.

ART.4º.- Los fondos derivados de la venta ingresarán al presupuesto vigente en la partida 2-3-01-01 VENTA DE HERRAMIENTAS, MAQUINARIAS Y EQUIPOS.
