Consumer Complaint NarrativeOn XX/XX/XXXX I sent {$1000.00} to a friend 's account in XXXX XXXX. The Moneygram site said the wire would take minutes to hours but as of today ( XX/XX/2019 ), the money has still not arrived. Moneygram withdrew the money from my bank account on XX/XX/2
