Election of the Presidents of the Chambers of three Judges C/2023/606
Meeting on 19 September 2023, the judges of the Court of Justice were elected, in accordance with Article 122 of the Rules of Procedure. Mr von Danwitz, as President of the Sixth Chamber, Mr Biltgen, as President of the Seventh Chamber, Mr Piarra, as President of the Eighth Chamber, Ms Spineanu-Matei, as President of the Ninth Chamber, and Mr Csehi, as President of the Tenth Chamber, for the period from 7 October 2023 to 6 October 2024.
