NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A REAL PROPERTY
ACQUISITIONS AND DISPOSITIONS PUBLIC HEARING, in accordance with Section 824 of the New York City Charter, will be held on October 23, 2019 at 10:30 A.M. at 1 Centre Street, 20th Floor Conference Room D, Borough of Manhattan, in the matter of an acquisition of a property located at 9 Westchester Square in the Borough of the Bronx, a portion of Block 3981, Lot 2, the Property, as shown on the tax map of the City of New York. The City is acquiring the Property for the purposes of constructing a replacement Westchester Square Branch Library.
The proposed acquisition was approved by the City Planning Commission pursuant to NYC Charter Sections 197-c on September 7, 2016 ULURP No. C 160335 PCX; Cal. No. 9.
The proposed purchase price is $940,000.
