An application submitted by the New York City Departments of Citywide Administrative Services DCAS, and Parks and Recreation NYC Parks, for the following land use actions: Requesting the acquisition of a mapped, but unbuilt portion of Drew Street, between the center line of Spring Creek and the unbuilt extension of 157th Avenue, and four vacant and unimproved privately-owned sites, in Block 4585, including Lots 165, 167, and 225, bordering BrooklynQueens borough boundary along Ruby Street/75th Street, north of 157th Avenue, for assignment to the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation NYC Parks, to facilitate the ecological restoration of Spring Creek Park by NYC Parks, in partnership with the US Army Corps of Engineers, in the Spring Creek section of Brooklyn Community District 5 CD 5.

An application submitted by the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development HPD, for the following land use actions: Pursuant to Article 16 of the General Municipal Law of New York State, requesting designation of three properties, located at 223-227 Vermont Street, 190 Essex Street, and 581-583 Belmont Avenue as an Urban Development Action Area UDAA, and an Urban Development Action Area Project UDAAP, for such area, and, pursuant to Section 197-c of the New York City Charter, and convey such of City-Owned properties to a developer to be selected by HPD.
Such actions would facilitate the development of approximately 45
affordable housing units, in the Cypress Hills and East New York sections of Brooklyn Community District 5 CD 5.

District, a C2-4 District for a depth of 115 feet along Grant Avenue, to a point 100 feet from Nichols Avenue, and 55 feet along Nichols Avenue to a point 100 feet from Nichols Avenue.
