cial Ley 6006, T.O. 2015 y modificatorias; II.- QUE se observó el cumplimiento de los requisitos y condiciones previstas a tal efecto; III.- QUE conforme lo indicado en el Visto y Considerandos precedentes, corresponde reintegrar los importes con más el interés compensatorio correspondiente desde la fecha de solicitud, conforme lo previsto en el artículo 121 de la mencionada norma legal, los cuales se detallan en el Anexo I ya citado; Por todo ello EL JUEZ
ADMINISTRATIVO R E S U E L V E: Artículo 1.- REINTEGRAR a los contribuyentes solicitantes, los importes indicados en el Anexo I que forma parte de este acto administrativo, con más el interés compensatorio mencionado en el considerando III de la presente resolución. Artículo 2.- HÁGASE SABER
a los interesados detallados en el Anexo I, que podrán interponer Recurso de Reconsideración por escrito ante la Dirección, personalmente o por correo, mediante carta certificada con recibo de retorno, fundadamente y dentro del plazo de quince 15 días de notificada la Resolución, según lo establecido en el Art. 127 del CTP vigente. Artículo 3.- PROTOCOLICESE y NOTIFIQUESE. Cumplido, Gírese al Área Administración a sus efectos.- FIRMADO:
