RESOLUCIÓN GENERAL Nº 1747

Registro Único de Deudores Fiscales Morosos con la finalidad de incorporar al mismo a las personas físicas o jurídicas demandadas por créditos fiscales en ejecuciones fiscales, cuya incobrabilidad se establezca.
QUE en el Capítulo 11 del Título II de la Resolución Normativa N
1/2009 y modificatorias se reglamentaron las condiciones que deben verificarse a los fines de determinar la presunta incobrabilidad -por inexistencia de bienes susceptibles de ser ejecutadosasegurando un adecuado procedimiento de selección para disponer como última medida de acción por parte del Fisco la inhibición general del deudor y su consecuente inclusión en el Registro Único de Deudores Fiscales Morosos.
QUE verificadas las condiciones establecidas por Resolución Normativa y no habiéndose acreditado en forma fehaciente ante esta Dirección el cumplimiento de las obligaciones tributarias, es que se procede a efectuar la presente nominación de Contribuyentes personas físicas o jurídicas demandados por créditos fiscales.

QUE se estima prudente, previo a disponer su incorporación al Registro y a su publicación, intimar y otorgar un plazo adicional de cinco 5 días a los Contribuyentes para que acrediten la regularización de la deuda.
POR TODO ELLO, atento las facultades acordadas por el Artículo 18 del Código Tributario, Ley Nº 6006, T.O. 2004 y sus modificatorias, y el Artículo 4º de la Resolución Ministerial N 43/
2003;

publicada en el Boletín Oficial de fecha 10-11-2000, se aprobó el Formulario IMPUESTOS SOBRE
LOS INGRESOS BRUTOS - RÉGIMEN DE
FACILIDADES DE PAGO cuya numeración interna corresponde a F-297.
QUE por Resolución Normativa N 20/2010 modificatoria de la Resolución Normativa N 1/2009
y modif.- se eliminó el requisito de presentar el mencionado Formulario para detallar las obligaciones adeudadas en Ingresos Brutos.
QUE por razones operativas resulta necesario
derogar el mencionado Formulario a los fines facilitar y flexibilizar los requisitos para la solicitud de Planes de Facilidades de Pago.
POR TODO ELLO, atento las facultades acordadas por el Artículo 16 y 18 del Código Tributario, Ley Nº 6006 - T.O. 2004 y sus modificatorias, EL DIRECTOR GENERAL DE LA
DIRECCIÓN GENERAL DE RENTAS
RESUELVE:
ARTÍCULO 1.- DEROGAR el Formulario denominado F297 IMPUESTOS SOBRE LOS
INGRESOS BRUTOS - RÉGIMEN DE
FACILIDADES DE PAGO.
ARTÍCULO 2.- PROTOCOLÍCESE, PUBLÍQUESE en el Boletín Oficial, PASE a conocimiento de los Sectores pertinentes y Archívese.
