Consumer Complaint NarrativeI received a check in the mail from Barclay Card XXXX XXXX stating if i did a balance transfer before XX/XX/XXXX i would get a 1 % transfer fee and 12 months interest free on that balance transfer. So i did it on XX/XX/2017 and it reflects on my statement
