PÚBLICA DEL ESTADO DE MÉXICO, 70 DE LA LEY DEL TRABAJO DE LOS SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS DEL
ESTADO Y MUNICIPIOS, 12 DEL CÓDIGO DE PROCEDIMIENTOS ADMINISTRATIVOS DEL ESTADO DE
MÉXICO, 123 DEL REGLAMENTO DE CONDICIONES GENERALES DE TRABAJO DE LOS SERVIDORES
