TERCERO DEL ARTÍCULO 193 DEL CÓDIGO PENAL DEL
ESTADO DE MÉXICO.

SECCION CUARTA
PODER EJECUTIVO DEL ESTADO
ERUVIEL ÁVILA VILLEGAS, Gobernador Constitucional del Estado Libre y Soberano de México, a sus habitantes sabed:
Que la Legislatura del Estado, ha tenido a bien aprobar lo siguiente:
DECRETO NÚMERO 424
LA H. "LVIII" LEGISLATURA DEL ESTADO DE MÉXICO
DECRETA:
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. Se deroga el párrafo tercero del artículo 193 del Código Penal del Estado de México, para quedar como sigue:
Artículo 193
Derogado.
TRANSITORIOS
PRIMERO. Publíquese el presente Decreto en el Periódico Oficial "Gaceta del Gobierno".
SEGUNDO. El presente Decreto entrara en vigor al día siguiente de su publicación en el Periódico Oficial "Gaceta del Gobierno".
TERCERO. Se derogan las disposiciones de igual o menor jerarquía que se opongan a lo establecido por el presente Decreto.
Lo tendrá entendido el Gobernador Constitucional del Estado, haciendo que se publique y se cumpla.
