PRIMERO.- Se autoriza a la Ciudadana LICENCIADA CLEMENCIA MEDELLIN
LEDEZMA, como Adscrita en funciones de Notario Publico en la Notarla Publica Numero, 6, por el termino que el Ciudadano LICENCIADO JUAN CRISTOBAL VILLANUEVA VAZQUEZ, dure, en el cargo de Subdirector del Registro Publico de la Propiedad y del Comercio, subsistiendo las garantías otorgadas al inicio de su función.
SEGUNDO.- Notifíquese el presente Acuerdo a los Ciudadanos Director del Registro Público de la Propiedad y del Comercio, al del Archivo General de Notarias, a los Ciudadanos Licenciados JUAN CRISTOBAL VILLANUEVA VAZQUEZ Y CLEMENCIA MEDELLIN
LEDEZMA, y publíquese en el Periódico Oficial del Estado.
