For users of the additive and premixtures, feed business operators shall establish op erational procedures and or ganisational measures to ad dress potential risks resulting from their use.
Where those risks cannot be eliminated or reduced to a minimum by such proce dures and measures, the ad ditive and premixtures shall be used with personal pro tective equipment, includ ing skin and breathing pro tection. Particular attention shall be given to compliance with Union legislation on the protection of workers from the inhalation risks re lated to exposure to crystal line silica and nickel.
