De acuerdo con lo dispuesto en el artículo 319 de la Ley de Sociedades de Capital, se hace público que, en la Junta General de accionistas celebrada el 21 de diciembre de 2020, se acordó reducir el capital social en 65.36007 euros mediante la amortización 435 acciones propias con la única finalidad de amortizar la autocartera, resultando un capital social de 508.45623 euros.
