SDGADF, mediante la cual se resolvió: ARTÍCULO 1.- Aprobar el Proceso de Compra NºA0KG000000-0012-LPU22, de acuerdo con lo normado en el artículo 21, apartado 1 del Régimen General para Contrataciones de Bienes, Servicios y Obras Públicas de la AFIP, aprobado por la Disposición N297/03 AFIP. ARTÍCULO 2.- Rechazar por inconveniente la oferta presentada por la firma GREEN 4T ARGENTINAS.A., por los motivos expuestos en el Considerando. ARTÍCULO 3.- Declarar inadmisible la oferta presentada por la firma Q2 GROUPS.A., por los motivos expuestos en el Considerando. ARTÍCULO 4.- Declarar fracasado el Proceso de Compra NºA0KG0000000012-LPU22, por no contar con ofertas convenientes para el Organismo.
