CAPITULO 15: DISPOSIONES GENERALES
Artículo 79 El Partido IgualAr sólo podrá disolverse y extinguirá por resolución del Congreso provincial que se adopte por el voto de los dos tercios de la totalidad de sus miembros titulares. En el mismo acto deberá destinarse el patrimonio del partido a Instituciones de Tercera Edad o Niños de la Calle.
