El Sr. Juez Federal con Competencia Electoral del Distrito Electoral Catamarca Dr. Miguel Angel Contreras, hace saber, en cumplimiento de lo establecido en el art. 14 de la Ley Orgánica de los Partidos Políticos n23.298, que la agrupación política PARTIDO DE LA CONCERTACION FORJA se ha presentado ante esta sede judicial iniciando el trámite de reconocimiento de la personalidad jurídicopolítica como partido de Distrito en los términos del art. 7
de la Ley n23.298, bajo el nombre partidario, sigla, emblema y/o símbolo, que adoptó en fecha 27-09-19 Expte.
