DISCIPLINARIO DE CARÁCTER GRAVE GRADUADO EN TREINTA 30 DÍAS DE ARRESTO SIMPLE, LA QUE
POR SU NATURALEZA Y ENTIDAD LO DESCALIFICA, EVIDENCIANDO CON SU PROCEDER, UNA MARCADA
FALTA DE ADAPTACIÓN AL RÉGIMEN INSTITUCIONAL, SITUACIÓN QUE SE CONTRAPONE ÍNTEGRAMENTE
CON SU ESTADO DE FUNCIONARIO PÚBLICO, ESTA CIRCUNSTANCIA NO LE PERMITE CONTINUAR EN LAS
FILAS DE LA FUERZA. TODO ELLO CON TOTAL INDEPENDENCIA DE LA RESOLUCIÓN DE LA INFORMACIÓN
MILITAR SANITARIA 16/19 EXPTE NY 9-1006/16 Y DEL RESULTADO FINAL DE LAS ACTUACIONES QUE SE LE
PUDIERAN ESTAR INSTRUYENDO EN SEDE JUDICIAL. 57.- COMUNÍQUESE, TÓMESE NOTA Y ARCHÍVESE.
