ARTÍCULO 1.- Dase por designado, a partir del 9 de octubre de 2023, al magíster en Planificación y Administración del Desarrollo Regional Víctor Hugo CABRAL CHERNIAK D.N.I. N14.073.163 en el cargo de SECRETARIO DE
DESARROLLO TERRITORIAL del MINISTERIO DE DESARROLLO TERRITORIAL Y HÁBITAT.

VISTO el Expediente NºEX-2023-110109937- -APN-DGDYDMJ,y CONSIDERANDO:
Que la doctora Claudia Beatriz MOSCATO ha presentado su renuncia, a partir del 17 de octubre de 2023, al cargo de JUEZA DE CÁMARA DEL TRIBUNAL ORAL EN LO CRIMINAL Y CORRECCIONAL N 12 DE LA CAPITAL
FEDERAL.
Que el presente se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 4 de la CONSTITUCIÓN
NACIONAL.
Por ello, ELPRESIDENTE DELANACIÓN ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
ARTÍCULO 1.- Acéptase, a partir del 17 de octubre de 2023, la renuncia presentada por la doctora Claudia Beatriz MOSCATO D.N.I. N 16.208.881 al cargo de JUEZA DE CÁMARA DEL TRIBUNAL ORAL EN LO CRIMINAL Y
CORRECCIONAL N12 DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL.
