ARTÍCULO 1.- Acéptase, a partir del 1 de junio de 2019, la renuncia presentada por el señor doctor Lucas Cayetano AÓN D.N.I. N7.844.174, al cargo de JUEZ DEL JUZGADO NACIONAL DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA EN LO
CIVIL N25 DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL.

VISTO el Expediente NºEX-2019-12571748-APN-DGDYDMJ,y CONSIDERANDO:
Que el señor doctor Claudio Marcelo PALACÍN, ha presentado su renuncia, a partir del 1 de marzo de 2019, al cargo de FISCAL GENERAL ANTE LA CÁMARA FEDERAL DE APELACIONES DE ROSARIO, PROVINCIA DE
SANTA FE.
Que es necesario proceder a su aceptación.
Que el presente se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCIÓN
NACIONAL.
Por ello, ELPRESIDENTE DELANACIÓN ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
