Decreto 240/2018
Acéptase renuncia.
Ciudad de Buenos Aires, 21/03/2018
VISTO el Expediente NºEX-2018-07190050-APN-DDMIPMJ,y CONSIDERANDO:
Que el señor doctor Eduardo Oscar ALVAREZ, ha presentado su renuncia, a partir del 1 de abril de 2018, al cargo de FISCAL GENERAL ANTE LA CÁMARA NACIONAL DE APELACIONES DEL TRABAJO DE LA CAPITAL
FEDERAL.
Que es necesario proceder a su aceptación.
Que el presente se dicta en uso de las atribuciones conferidas por el artículo 99, inciso 7 de la CONSTITUCIÓN
NACIONAL.
Por ello, ELPRESIDENTE DELANACIÓN ARGENTINA
DECRETA:
ARTÍCULO 1.- Acéptase, a partir del 1 de abril de 2018, la renuncia presentada por el doctor Eduardo Oscar ALVAREZ D.N.I. N13.091.108, al cargo de FISCAL GENERAL ANTE LA CÁMARA NACIONAL DE APELACIONES
DEL TRABAJO DE LA CAPITAL FEDERAL.
ARTÍCULO 2.- Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. MACRI.
