RESUELVEN:
ARTICULO 1º Dase por aprobado, a partir del 1º de diciembre de 2008, el reencasiIlamiento del personal permanente del MINISTERIO DE ECONOMIA Y FINANZAS PUBLICAS en el Sistema Nacional de Empleo Público, aprobado por el Convenio Colectivo de Trabajo Sectorial homologado por Decreto Nº2098/08, de conformidad con el detalle consignado en el Anexo I que forma parte integrante de la presente.
ARTICULO 2º Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. Dr. JUAN MANUEL ABAL MEDINA, Secretario de la Gestión Pública, Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros. AMADO BOUDOU, Ministro de Economía y Finanzas Públicas.
