ARTICULO 3º OLDELVAL S.A. deberá proceder a la inscripción de las servidumbres mineras constituidas por el Artículo 1º de la presente disposición, en el Registro de la Propiedad de la Provincia de BUENOS AIRES.

ARTICULO 4º Encomiéndase a OLDELVAL S.A. la notificación de la presente disposición a los propietarios superficiarios afectados y a la autoridad minera de la Provincia de BUENOS AIRES, debiendo remitir a la SUBSECRETARIA DE COMBUSTIBLES las constancias que así lo acrediten.
ARTICULO 5º Notifíquese del dictado del presente acto a OLDELVAL S.A., de conformidad con lo previsto en la reglamentación vigente.
ARTICULO 6º Comuníquese, publíquese, dése a la Dirección Nacional del Registro Oficial y archívese. CRISTIAN A. FOLGAR, Subsecretario de Combustibles.
