Convócase a los señores Accionistas de Rodados Sociedad Anónima a Asamblea General Extraordinaria a celebrarse el día 27 de Octubre de 2022, en la sede social de calle José María Rosa 7789 de la ciudad de Rosario, a las 11.30 hs. en primera convocatoria, y a las 12.30 hs. en segunda convocatoria, a fin de considerar el siguiente:

1º Designación de dos accionistas para redactar y suscribir el Acta de Asamblea;
2º Cambio de fecha de cierre de Ejercicio;
