LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DE SANTA FE
SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
LEY:
ARTICULO Nº 1.- Apruébase en todos sus términos el Acuerdo suscripto entre el Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Industria y Comercio de la Provincia de Santa Fe y el Instituto para el Desarrollo Empresarial de la Argentina - IDEAel día 28 de agosto de 2001, cuyo fin es estimular y fortalecer el crecimiento competitivo por sectores de empresas establecidas en la Provincia.
Dicho Acuerdo fue inscripto en el Registro de Tratados, Convenios y Contratos Interjurisdiccionales el 30-08-01, bajo el N 1453, Folio 228, Tomo III, que se agrega como anexo y forma parte de esta ley.
ARTICULO Nº 2.- Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DE LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DE SANTA FE, A LOS
DIECIOCHO DIAS DEL MES DE JULIO DEL AÑO DOS MIL DOS.
