ARTICULO 5º.- INHABILITASE en las promociones del presente año, al personal policial que se encuentra comprendido en las disposiciones del artículo 19º, 20º, 21º, 22º, 28º, 29º y 30º del Reglamento General del Régimen de Promociones Policiales, sean por exceso de sanciones disciplinarias, excesos de partes de enfermo, revistar en situación de disponibilidad o pasiva, a quienes tampoco les asiste las previsiones del artículo 119º de la Ley del Personal Policial Nº 3758/81. ARTÍCULO 6º.- CONVALÍDESE los ascensos del Personal Subalterno de Policía de la Provincia, dispuestos mediante Resoluciones de Jefatura de Policía Nº 952-DP/19, 953-DP/19 y 954-DP/19, en todos sus términos con sujeción a la modificación de Planta de Personal Permanente dispuesta en el artículo 1º del presente Decreto.ARTÍCULO 7º.- La erogación emergente de lo dispuesto por el presente Decreto se atenderá de conformidad a las siguientes previsiones del Presupuesto General de Gastos y Cálculo de Recursos Ejercicio 2019 Ley 6113:
EJERCICIOS ANTERIORES periodo no consolidado.
Se imputaran a la Deuda Pública Provincial las erogaciones emergentes del presente Decreto que correspondan a ejercicios vencidos Partida: 03-10-15-01-26
Para pago de Obligaciones No Comprometidas Presupuestariamente en Ejercicios Anteriores, de la Jurisdicción L Deuda Pública.

Con las respectivas Partidas de Gasto en Personal asignada a la Jurisdicción Y

ARTICULO 1.- Dispóngase la aplicación de la sanción disciplinaria de destitución en la modalidad de CESANTIA al OFICIAL SUB INSPECTOR
SEGARRA HUGO LEONEL, D.N.I. Nº 36.579.836, LEGAJO Nº 18.663, por haber infringido lo dispuesto en el artículo 15º inc. z del R.R.D.P, conforme artículo 26º inc. a del mismo cuerpo legal.ARTICULO 2.- Por Policía de la Provincia notifíquese al funcionario con sujeción al procedimiento marcado por el capítulo III, artículo 50 y ccs. de la Ley N 1886/48.C.P.N.
