Se hace saber que el consejo de administración de la entidad en su reunión del 20 de diciembre de 2004 se ha resuelto ceder en fideicomiso la totalidad de los créditos presentes y futuros originados por la compañía a Rosario Administradora Sociedad Fiduciaria SA, en calidad de fiduciario no a título personal del Fideicomiso Financiero Fidebica XIII.
La presente importa notificación en los términos del Art.
1467 del Código Civil.
