Otorgando a partir del 1 de enero y hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2009 el adicional por dedicación exclusiva para choferes, dispuesto por Decreto Nº 3.238/77, a los señores Carlos Alberto García, legajo Nº 146.791, y Gustavo Fabián Sandoval, legajo Nº 124.755, quienes se desempeñan al servicio del señor Gobernador de la Provincia.
Encuadrando la presente gestión en las disposiciones de los artículos 13º y 14º del Decreto Nº 3.238/77 ME.
Autorizando a la Dirección General del Servicio Administrativo Contable de la Gobernación a liquidar y abonar los importes correspondientes a los agentes Carlos Alberto García y Gustavo Fabián Sandoval.
