LEYES
- LEY Nº 9653
- La Legislatura de la Provincia de Entre Ríos, sanciona con fuerza de - LEY:
Art. 1º -- Adhiérase el Gobierno de la Provincia de Entre Ríos a la Ley Nacional Nº 23.302 sobre Política Indígena, protección y apoyo a las Comunidades Aborígenes.
Art. 2º -- Facúltase al Poder Ejecutivo Provincial a designar un representante para integrar el Consejo de Coordinación del Instituto de Asuntos Indígenas, conforme al artículo 5º, apartado 1, inciso f de la Ley Nacional Nº 23.302.
Art. 3º -- Comuníquese, etc.
