- OTORGANDO LICENCIA

VISTO
El Decreto N 203 MGJyE de fecha 30 de diciembre 2003; y CONSIDERANDO:
Que por el citado instrumento legal se designa como director de Derechos Humanos al presbítero Rodolfo José Ciuffo Cortese;
Que el citado funcionario pertenece a la planta permanente de la Dirección General del Servicio Penitenciario de Entre Ríos, cumpliendo funciones como Oficial Adjutor, Capellán de la Unidad Penal N 4, DNI N 6.235.039;
Que conforme a lo expuesto, corresponde conceder licencia sin goce de haberes al presbítero Ciuffo Cortese, mientras cumpla funciones de director de Derechos Humanos con retención del cargo del cual es titular en la Dirección General del Servicio Penitenciario de Entre Ríos;
