RESOLUCIÓN Nº 172/17-HL.
LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT
R E S U E LV E :
Artículo 1.- Denegar las prórrogas solicitadas por el Poder Ejecutivo Provincial para dar respuestas a los pedidos de informes formulados mediante las Resoluciones N 145, 146, 152, 154, 156, 157, 160, 161, 167 y 168/17-HL, las que deberán remitirse a ésta Legislatura dentro del plazo de cinco 5 días improrrogables, contando a partir de la notificación de la presente Resolución, en acuerdo a lo previsto en el artículo 134 inciso 3
de la Constitución Provincial.
Artículo 2.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese y cumplido ARCHÍVESE.

LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT

Artículo 1.- Dirigirse al Poder Ejecutivo Provincial, en los términos y alcances previstos en el artículo 134
inciso 3 de la Constitución Provincial, para que en el plazo de 10 días hábiles improrrogables, a partir de la notificación de la presente, informe al Poder Legislativo:
Envíe copia del informe de Auditoria correspondiente al Ejercicio 2015, establecido en el artículo 29 de la Ley XXV N 5 Antes Ley N 1134.

Artículo 1.- Declarar de interés legislativo las VIII
Olimpíadas Bancarias, Zona Patagonia, a realizarse entre los días 8 al 10 de septiembre de 2017.
Artículo 2.- Que vería con agrado que el Poder Ejecutivo declare de interés provincial las VIII Olimpiadas Bancarias, Zona Patagonia.
