LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT
R E S U E LV E :
Artículo 1.- Déjase sin efecto la designación del Sr. Raúl Alejandro FERNANDEZ, D.N.I. N 17.398.149, en el cargo de Secretario Habilitado de esta Honorable Legislatura, efectuada mediante Resolución N 250/
15-HL.
Artículo 2.- Déjase sin efecto la designación del Sr.
Edgardo Antonio ALBERTI, D.N.I. N 18.289.917, en el cargo de Secretario Legislativo de esta Honorable Legislatura, efectuada mediante Resolución N 249/15-HL.
Artículo 3.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese y cumplido ARCHÍVESE.

RESOLUCIÓN Nº 019/17-HL.
LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT
Lunes 10 de Abril de 2017
R E S U E LV E :
Artículo 1.- Modificase el artículo 40 del Reglamento Orgánico de la Honorable Legislatura, aprobado por Resolución N 319/16-HL., el que quedará redactado de la siguiente manera: Artículo 40.- El Poder Legislativo tendrá dos Secretarios, denominados LEGISLATIVO
y HABILITADO, nombrados de fuera de su seno, en la Sesión Preparatoria, por mayoría de Diputados presentes. Los Secretarios durarán un año en sus cargos, pudiendo ser reelectos.
Artículo 2.- Modificase el artículo 53 del Reglamento Orgánico de la Honorable Legislatura, aprobado por Resolución N 319/16-HL., el que quedará redactado de la siguiente manera: Artículo 53.- Habrá ocho Comisiones Permanentes de la Cámara; a saber:
1 ASUNTOS CONSTITUCIONALES Y JUSTICIA.
2 LEGISLACIÓN GENERAL, CULTURA Y EDUCACIÓN.
3 PRESUPUESTO Y HACIENDA.
4 INFRAESTRUCTURA, SERVICIOS PÚBLICOS, INTEGRACIÓN REGIONAL E INTERNACIONAL.
5 LEGISLACIÓN SOCIAL, SALUD Y TRABAJO.
6 DESARROLLO ECONÓMICO, RECURSOS NATURALES Y MEDIO AMBIENTE.
7 TURISMO Y DEPORTE.
8 DERECHOS HUMANOS Y GÉNERO.
Cada una de estas Comisiones estará integrada por nueve 9 miembros: cuatro 4 por el Bloque Mayoritario y cinco 5 por los restantes Bloques, en forma proporcional.
Artículo 3.- Modificase el artículo 198 del Reglamento Orgánico de la Honorable Legislatura, aprobado por Resolución N 319/16-HL., el que quedará redactado de la siguiente manera: Artículo 198.- Cada Partido Político que obtuviera una o más bancas dispondrá de la infraestructura necesaria para el funcionamiento de su Bloque Político. En caso de dividirse la representación legislativa de un Partido Político, se dividirá su infraestructura en forma proporcional.
Artículo 4.- La Presente entrará en vigencia a partir de la fecha de su sanción.
Artículo 5.- Regístrese, comuníquese, publíquese y cumplido ARCHÍVESE.
