Administración y Representación: La administración y representación de la sociedad estará a cargo del Señor Raúl Florencio Marín, quien revestirá el carácter de socio gerente, obligando a la sociedad mediante la firma del mismo. Desempeñarán sus funciones durante el plazo de duración de la sociedad.
