VISTO Y CONSIDERANDO:
El Proyecto de Ley referente a la autorización al Poder Ejecutivo Provincial a suscribir con el Gobierno de la Nación Argentina, un Convenio Préstamo Subsidiario Complementario al autorizado por Ley II Nº 93
antes Ley Nº 5.685, para ser destinado al Programa de Modernización de la Gestión Pública Provincial y Municipal con financiamiento del Banco Internacional de Reconstrucción y Fomento BIRF, Préstamo Nº 7352/AR., de hasta la suma de Dólares Estadounidenses Tres Millones Setecientos Mil U$S 3.700.000,00;
sancionado por la Honorable Legislatura de la Provincia del Chubut el día 19 de marzo de 2.009 y la facultad que otorga al Poder Ejecutivo el artículo 140 de la Constitución Provincial;

VISTO Y CONSIDERANDO:
El Proyecto de Ley por el cual de exceptúa de todo tipo de impuestos, contribuciones y pago de servicios, cuando éstos sean prestados por el Estado Provincial, a las Asociaciones de Bomberos Voluntarios de la Provincia del Chubut; sancionado por la Honorable Legislatura de la Provincia del Chubut el día 19 de marzo de 2.009 y la facultad que otorga al Poder Ejecutivo el artículo 140 de la Constitución Provincial;
POR ELLO:
Téngase por Ley de la Provincia la número: XXIV 49

LEY XXIV Nº 49
LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL
CHUBUT SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
LEY :
Artículo 1.- Exceptúase de todo tipo de impuestos, contribuciones y pago de servicios, cuando éstos sean prestados por el Estado Provincial, a las Asociaciones de Bomberos Voluntarios de la Provincia del Chubut.
APRUÉBASE CONVENIO SUSCRIPTO ENTRE EL
GOBIERNO DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT Y EL
MUNICIPIO DE LA LOCALIDAD DE EL MAITÉN.

LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL
CHUBUT SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
LEY :
Artículo 1.- Apruébase en todos sus términos el Convenio suscripto en la ciudad de Rawson, el día 22
de diciembre de 2008, entre el Gobierno de la Provincia del Chubut, representado por el Señor Gobernador de la Provincia, Don Mario DAS NEVES y el Señor Ministro de la Familia y Promoción Social, Don Roddy Ernesto
