Art. 1.- PROMULGUESE la Ordenanza N 050/2022 sancionada por el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de la Municipalidad de Carrilobo mediante la cual se desafecta del dominio público un silo de 50.000 kg de portland de la Municipalidad, autorizando al ejecutivo a vender el bien descripto al Sr. Bessone José Miguel D.N.I. 21.400.957 en la suma de pesos seiscientos noventa y seis mil $696.000,00.-
Art. 1.- PROMULGUESE la Ordenanza N 051/2022 sancionada por el Honorable Concejo Deliberante de la Municipalidad de Carrilobo mediante la cual se APRUEBA el contrato de Comodato celebrado entre la Municipalidad de Carrilobo y ASOCIACIÓN CIVIL CAMPOLIMPIO SGE, que como Anexo forma parte integrante de la presente.
Art. 2.- COMUNIQUESE, PUBLIQUESE, DESE AL REGISTRO MUNICIPAL Y ARCHIVESE.-
