ORDENANZA Nº 1140/2022
EL CONCEJO DELIBERANTE DE LA MUNICIPALIDAD DE SINSACATE
SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
ORDENANZA:
Artículo 1: APRUEBESE el PROGRAMA MUNCIPAL DE CAPACITACIÓN Y PRÁCTICA LABORAL destinado al fortalecimiento institucional y a paliar emergencias sociales u ocupacionales de acuerdo con lo establecido por la Ley Orgánica Municipal Nº 8.102, que como Anexo I forma parte de la presente Ordenanza.

Artículo 2: DERÓGASE toda norma y/o disposición que prescriba en oposición a lo dispuesto en la presente.
Artículo 3: COMUNÍQUESE, Promulgase, Publíquese, dese al Registro Municipal y archívese.
SANCIONADA CON FUERZA DE ORDENANZA POR EL CONCEJO DELIBERANTE EN SESION EXTRAORDINARIA DE FECHA 16/02/2022, SEGUN ACTA N1190 DE FS N 03 DEL LIBRO RESPECTIVO.
