PRORRÓGASE, MODIFÍQUESE Y AMPLÍESE el pliego de la LICITACIÓN
N 01/2018: Para la adquisición de papelería impresa, destinada al uso de las distintas dependencias del Poder Judicial de la Provincia de Córdoba. En virtud de lo dispuesto por el Acuerdo N 49 Serie C, de fecha 03/04/2018: MODIFÍQUESE el plazo de entrega para el Renglón N 1 y Renglón N 2 establecido en el punto 4.14.1. del Pliego de Condiciones Generales y de Especificaciones Técnicas de la Licitación Pública N 01/2018, el cual deberá quedar redactado de la siguiente manera: Renglón N 1
y Renglón N 2: Deberá entregarse al menos el cuarenta por ciento 40%
del total adjudicado, dentro de los treinta 30 días corridos y el sesenta 60% por ciento restante dentro de los sesenta 60 días corridos, ambos plazos contados desde la notificación fehaciente de la adjudicación de la presente contratación; AMPLÍESE las especificaciones técnicas establecidas en el Pliego de Especificaciones Técnicas de la Licitación Pública N 01/2018 , para el renglón N 1 y el Renglón N 2, conforme lo indicado por el área técnica interviniente, las cuales quedaran redactadas de la siguiente manera: Para el Renglón N 1 donde dice: .Poder Judicial, Según muestra deberá decir: Poder Judicial, Con Fibra Larga, según muestra.; para el Renglón N 2 donde dice: .Ministerio Público Fiscal, según muestra deberá decir: Ministerio Público Fiscal, Con Fibra Larga, según muestra.
