Fiscalización: se prescinde de sindicatura, será ejercida por los accionistas conforme a lo prescripto por los artículos 55 y 284 de la Ley 19.550. Cuando por aumento de capital social, la Sociedad quedara comprendida en el inciso segundo del Artículo Nº 299 de la Ley citada, la Asamblea deberá elegir un Síndico Titular y
Suplente, durarán en sus funciones 1 ejercicio.
Representación legal: la representación legal de la sociedad, inclusive el uso de la firma social, estará a cargo del Presidente o del Vicepresidente, si lo hubiere, en forma indistinta.
Fecha de cierre de ejercicio: 31 de diciembre de cada año.
