VISTO: El Expediente Nº 0007-124726/2016, mediante el cual la Entidad Civil denominada FUNDACION C.reer.A.S. CRISTINA ABRAMENIA
SARA, con asiento en la Localidad de Villa Gutierrez, Departamento de Ischilín, Provincia de Córdoba, solicita autorización para funcionar como Persona Jurídica.
Y CONSIDERANDO:
Que conforme lo informado por el Area de Asociaciones Civiles, se ha verificado el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales, formales y fiscales exigidos.
En consecuencia, en virtud de lo dispuesto en los arts. 148 inc. d, 193, 195 y concordantes del Código Civil y Comercial, y en uso de las facultades conferidas por los arts. 2, 10 y correlativos de la Ley 8652, LA DIRECCIÓN DE INSPECCIÓN DE PERSONAS JURÍDICAS
R E S U E LV E :
Artículo 1º: APROBAR el Estatuto Social de la Entidad Civil denominada FUNDACION C.reer.A.S. CRISTINA ABRAMENIA SARA, con asiento en la Localidad Villa Gutierrez, Departamento Ischilín, Provincia de Córdoba. Artículo 2º: AUTORIZAR expresamente a la misma para actuar como Persona Jurídica. Artículo 3º: PROTOCOLICESE, notifíquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial, vuelva al Área de Asociaciones Civiles y Fundaciones para la inscripción en el registro pertinente y archívese.FDO: GUILLERMO F.
