ARTICULO 1.- Recházase el Recurso Jerárquico interpuesto por el Dr. Juan Manuel
Posse, MP 5824, apoderado de la Sra. Luna Hebe Lorena María DNI N. 20.422.303, en contra de la Resolución N 2244/4 MDS del 24/07/2023, en virtud el considerando que precede.
ARTICULO 2.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro de Desarrollo Social.
ARTICULO 3.- Dese al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.
