DECRETO N 506/14 MGyJ, del 04/12/2023.
EXPEDIENTE N 4291/110-L-2023.VISTO, que la Honorable Legislatura de Tucumán mediante Resolución N 47/2023 de fecha 23/11/2023, ha prestado el acuerdo solicitado oportunamente para designar Jueza de Primera Instancia en lo Civil en Familia y Sucesiones de la IV Nominación del Centro Judicial Capital, a la Dra. María Inés Arroyo; y CONSIDERANDO:
Que habiéndose cumplido el Procedimiento de Selección de Magistrados establecido por la Ley Provincial N 8197 y sus modificatorias, se procede de conformidad dictando para ello el instrumento legal pertinente.
Por ello, EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA
DECRETA:
ARTICULO 1.- Desígnase Jueza de Primera Instancia en lo Civil en Familia y Sucesiones de la IV Nominación del Centro Judicial Capital, a la Dra. María Inés ARROYO; DNI N 32.459.725, en los términos del Artículo 101, inciso 5 de la Constitución Provincial.ARTICULO 2.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro de Gobierno y Justicia.ARTICULO 3.- Dése al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.-
