DECRETO N 1.867/14 MGyJ, del 22/06/2022.
EXPEDIENTE N 1865/110-L-022.VISTO, que la Honorable Legislatura de la Provincia mediante Resolución N 37/2022, de fecha 15 de junio de 2022, ha prestado el acuerdo solicitado oportunamente para designar como Juez Penal en el Colegio de Jueces - Subrogante, en el Centro Judicial Capital, al Dr. Guillermo TAYLOR, y CONSIDERANDO:
Que habiéndose cumplido el Procedimiento de Selección de Magistrados establecido por la Ley Provincial N 8197 y sus modificatorias, se procede de conformidad dictando para ello el instrumento legal pertinente.
Por ello, EL VICEGOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA
EN EJERCICIO DEL PODER EJECUTIVO
DECRETA:
ARTICULO 1.- Desígnase Juez Penal en el Colegio de Jueces - Subrogante, en el Centro Judicial Capital, al Dr. Guillermo TAYLOR, D.N.I. N 30.357.346, en los términos del Artículo 101, inciso 5 de la Constitución Provincial.
ARTICULO 2.- El presente decreto será refrendado por la señora Ministra de Gobierno y Justicia.
ARTICULO 3.- Dése al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese, en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.
