DECRETO ACUERDO 26 / 2021 DECRETO ACUERDO / 2021-06-09
DECRETO ACUERDO N 26/10 MI, del 09/06/2021.VISTO, los Decretos Acuerdos N 60/1-88; 151/3 SH-92 y 151/3-SH-92, sus modificatorios y ampliatorios, por los cuales se establece los beneficios de Extensión Horaria y Bonificación por Dedicación Funcional a funcionarios y empleados de la Administración Pública Provincial, respectivamente, y CONSIDERANDO:
Que en distintas áreas dependientes del Ministerio de Interior existen tareas que indispensablemente requieren la prolongación horaria de personal y funcionarios que posibiliten el normal desenvolvimiento del sector.
Que a los fines expresados se debe dictar la pertinente medida administrativa.
Por ello, EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA
EN ACUERDO DE MINISTROS
DECRETA:
ARTÍCULO 1.- Inclúyese en los Regímenes de Extensión Horaria y/o Bonificación por Dedicación Funcional establecidos por los Decretos Acuerdos N 60/1-88 y 151/3 SH-92 y sus modificatorios y ampliatorios, respectivamente, al personal perteneciente a las Reparticiones que se detallan en el Anexo Único, que pasa a formar parte integrante del presente Decreto Acuerdo. El Servicio Administrativo del área será responsable de la aplicación de lo que se dispone en éste artículo, de acuerdo con el siguiente detalle:
