DECRETO 2001 / 2019 DECRETO / 2019-07-10
DECRETO N 2.001/14 MGyJ, del 10/07/2019.EXPEDIENTE N 1999/110-L-2019.VISTO, que la Honorable Legislatura de la Provincia mediante Resolución N
15/2019 de fecha 04/07/2019, ha prestado el acuerdo solicitado oportunamente para designar como Juez de Menores del Centro Judicial Monteros, al Dr. Marcos Javier
Nuñez Campero, y CONSIDERANDO:
Que habiéndose cumplido el Procedimiento de Selección, de Magistrados establecido por Ley Provincial N 8197 y sus modificatorias, se procede de conformidad dictando para ello el instrumento legal pertinente.
Por ello;
EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA
DECRETA:
ARTICULO 1.- Desígnase Juez de Menores del Centro Judicial Monteros, al Dr.
Marcos Javier Nuñez Campero, DNI N 22.264.625, en los términos del Artículo 101, inciso 5 de la Constitución Provincial.ARTICULO 2.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro de Gobierno y Justicia.
ARTICULO 3.- Dése al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.-
