DECRETO 100 / 2018 DECRETO / 2018-01-22
DECRETO N 100/7 SES, del 22/01/2018.
EXPEDIENTE N 85345/213-2014.VISTO, el Decreto N 1.789/14 SSC de fecha 24 de Junio de 2015; y CONSIDERANDO:
Que por el mencionado instrumento legal se dispone el pase a situación de Retiro Obligatorio por Incapacidad del oficial Auxiliar del Departamento General de Policía señor Hugo Cesar Navarro, DNI N 26.378.471.
Que atento al encuadre efectuado resulta procedente modificar el artículo 1, dejándose consignado que donde dice Retiro Obligatorio por Incapacidad debe decir Retiro obligatorio.
Por ello, y de conformidad con lo dictaminado por Fiscalía de Estado a fs. 72
Dictamen N 2666 de fecha 23/11/2015, EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA
DECRETA:
ARTICULO 1.- Modifícase, por la causal señalada precedentemente, el artículo 1
del Decreto N 1.789/14 SSC de fecha 24 de Junio de 2015, únicamente en el sentido de establecer que: "Donde dice: Retiro Obligatorio por Incapacidad";
"Debe decir: Retiro Obligatorio".
ARTICULO 2.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por el señor Ministro de Seguridad y firmado por el señor Secretario de Estado de Seguridad.
ARTICULO 3.- Dése al Registro Oficial de Leyes y Decretos, comuníquese, publíquese en el Boletín Oficial y archívese.-
